Payment Processed Securely
Stripe collects the payment instantly from the customer. The transaction is recorded in HalalHQ's Stripe system.

Ship & Deliver Your Product
Once you mark the order as shipped and it's delivered to the customer, payments are held securely while buyers inspect their order (Souq Amānah protection).
Trust-based Protection (Amānah)
Souq Amānah protects both you and your customer, ensuring satisfaction while complying with Australian Consumer Law. Payments are held securely until delivery is confirmed.
Tiered Payout System
Your payout is released in phases: 10-20% early payout when in-transit (delivery only), 70-80% main payout 3 days after delivery, and 10-20% reserve held for 14 additional days. Percentages are tier-based.
Final 10-20% Reserve Released
14 days after your main payout, the remaining 10-20% reserve (based on your tier) is released.
Full payout timeline: 17 days from delivery to receive 100% of your earnings (for delivery orders with early payout).

How do I get started?
Simply register as a seller, connect your Stripe account, and start listing your halal products. No other platforms or integrations required.
When do I get paid?
HalalHQ uses a trust-based payment system (Amānah) to protect both sellers and buyers:
- 10-20% early payout (delivery orders only): Released when package is in transit with carrier confirmation (max $50, tier-based)
- 70-80% main payout: Released 3 days after delivery (Stripe deposits within 2 business days)
- 10-20% reserve (based on tier): Released 14 days after main payout
This ensures compliance with Australian Consumer Law and protects against refunds or disputes.
